AT YOUR SERVICE…

State Fair trams run every 15-30 minutes from 9 a.m. to midnight — and each one makes 31 circles around the grounds every day.
Q.Are ATMs available?
A.You’ll find ATMs throughout the fair: outside West Hall Lobby, in South Wing B Lobby, inside Freedom Hall’s front entrance, in Broadbent Arena’s concourse, in North Wing, Cardinal Stadium grounds and on the Midway. Bring plenty of cash because — due to the large crowds — ATMs sometimes run out of funds before the day is over.
Q.What if I lose something at the fair?
A.All items found and given to staff are taken to the Kentucky Exposition Center Security Office. The office is open 24 hours a day throughout the fair and can be reached at (502) 367-5360.
Q.Can I bring my pet to the fair?
A.Pets are welcome in most areas of the fair but, for the safety of all, they’re not permitted in Freedom Hall or Cardinal Stadium. You’re responsible for cleaning up after your pet, which must be leashed.
Q.Can you page my children, family members or friends if they become lost?
A.The paging system only broadcasts to outdoor areas and we can only make an announcement for you if it’s a medical emergency. We recommend you designate a meeting area (such as Freddy Farm Bureau on Freedom Hall’s front porch) before coming to the fair, in case you become separated from your group.
Q. What is your inclement weather policy?
A.Some attractions and events may be closed, delayed or canceled due to weather. The fair does not offer refunds or rainchecks for inclement weather. But with 1.2 million feet of indoor space, you’ll find plenty of shows, exhibits and attractions to keep you busy!
