KENTUCKY EXPOSITION CENTER PUBLIC ENTRANCES
|Gate 1 (Main Gate) – Phillips Lane - 937 Phillips Lane|
|Gate 2 – South Crittenden Drive - 3901 Crittenden Dr|
|Gate 4 – North Crittenden Drive - 2801 Crittenden Dr|
|Gate 6 – Preston Highway - 3328 Preston Hwy |
|Parking is $8 per vehicle, with parking available for over 19,000 cars on hard surface and grass.|
RIDE YOUR BIKE
|Bicycle racks are provided free of cost at all gates, but riders must provide their own locks. The Kentucky State Fair bicycle corral is located at Gate 4 in H Lot. The bicycle racks at Gate 6 off Preston are designed to meet the Association of Pedestrian and Bicycle Professionals national standards.|
PARK YOUR RV
|Overnight RV parking is allowed only in the Kentucky Exposition Center F LOT, behind Cardinal Stadium. Parking is $20 per night and sites are available on a first come, first served basis. Electric and water hookups are not available. Contact the access control office at (502) 367-5384 for more information.|
HOW TO GET HERE
|The Kentucky Exposition Center is located at the junction of I-65 and I-264 (937 Phillips Lane) in Louisville. Signs reading “Fair/Expo Center” on both interstates lead to the main gate. You may want to beat the traffic by entering Gates 2 or 4 on Crittenden Drive – or Gate 6 on Preston Highway. For visitors traveling from out of state, the Kentucky Exposition Center is located just minutes from the Louisville International Airport.|
6 TIPS TO A BETTER PARKING EXPERIENCE
|We know it can sometimes be frustrating dealing with traffic and finding a parking space. That’s why we’re sharing these tips – to make your experience as hassle-free as possible! |
- Arrive early and beat the crowd.
- Check Google maps or Waze for traffic backups and avoid them.
- Check each Gate’s GPS address above and pick the one with the least traffic.
- Park for free starting Friday at 5 pm thru Sunday – across from Gate 1.
- Know you’re in good hands – LMPD directs traffic for the State Fair.
- Once you’ve parked, look for the free trams with 11 stops throughout the grounds.

|Some attractions and events may be closed, delayed or canceled due to inclement weather. The Kentucky State Fair does not offer refunds or rainchecks for inclement weather. With 1.2 million feet of indoor exhibit space, many of the shows and attractions will not be impacted by weather. |
