Please select from the options below regarding your carpeted exhibit space. Your fee includes the $500 discount provided by Kentucky Farm Bureau Insurance Companies. Prices are subject to change.
Exhibit Space Requested*
- 10' x 10' ($500) Limit two (2) counties per space
- 10' x 20' ($1,500) Limit four (4) counties per space**
- 10' x 30' ($2,500) Limit four (4) counties per space**
- 10' x 40' ($2,900) Limit four (4) counties per space**

Only those who purchase a 10' x 20' or larger are eligible for a glass case. There is a $50 fee per glass case if awarded.

- Exhibitor Contracts will be issued to formalize terms, following the information given above.
- Contracts will be mailed by June 30, 2023, with signed contracts and payments due on or before July 14, 2023.

NOTICE: Completing this application does not guarantee the availability of glass cases. Cases will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Only those who purchase a 10' x 20' or larger space are eligible for a glass case. If you are awarded a glass case for your booth, it can only be assembled and sealed on Tuesday, August 15, 2023 before 9:00 p.m.
