The “Rock 'N Relax Baby Care Center” provides a private location for nursing and diaper changing. Sponsored by Baptist Health Louisville and Louisville Metro Public Health and Wellness.
Check Cashing / Money Machines
We are unable to cash personal checks. You’ll find ATMs located throughout the Fair: outside West Hall Lobby, in South Wing B Lobby, inside Freedom Hall’s front entrance, in Broadbent Arena’s concourse, in North Wing Lobby, and in Thrill Ville. Due to the large crowds – ATMs sometimes run out of funds before the day is over.
Stations are staffed by the American Red Cross and are in the east foyer of Freedom Hall. A first aid station is also open next to the South Wing B Lobby from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. A first aid station and EMS unit is outdoors, adjacent to the west end of West Hall, and is open 24 hours a day.
Lost & Found Items
All items found or turned in to Kentucky State Fair staff will be taken to the Kentucky Exposition Center Security Office (next to the Box Office). It is open 24 hours a day. Call (502) 367-5360.
Lost Person Center
Sponsored and staffed by Kentucky State Police, a Lost Center is located at the Kentucky State Police command post. It is open 24 hours a day. If you become separated from your child, or loved one he or she will be taken to the command post when found. Our paging system only broadcasts to outdoor areas of the Fair, and only for medical emergencies. We recommend having a designated meeting area when you arrive, in case you or anyone in your group gets separated.
Inclement Weather Policy
Bad weather can close, delay or cancel some attractions and events. In the event of inclement weather, the Kentucky State Fair does not offer refunds or rainchecks. But with 1.3 million feet of indoor space, you’re sure to find shows, exhibits, shopping, and attractions to entertain yourself.
